Currently, we are seeking Business Process Analyst to join our team of professionals!  Selected individual must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with the line of  business and drive out business processes and requirements

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST REQUIRED SKILLS: 

- Experienced in evaluating business processes and gather requirements
- Experienced in Business Process Modeling
- Experience in conducting interviews and leading meetings
- Document business requirements, technical requirements, and business process flows.
- Experienced in modelling requirements using standard UML practices.
- Experienced with creating a traceability Matrix to all functional and technical requirements
- Experienced in using a software modelling tool such as Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose for documenting requirements, business modelling, use cases, etc.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experienced using BPMN 2.0(Business Process Model and Notation) for documenting business process flows

Responsibilities require someone with excellent understanding of best practices in requirements gathering, management and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of business analysis experience with
large projects
Proven ability to use and explain UML and use cases.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of RUP.

Local to the Charlotte NC area

Experience with one of the following:

UML Modeling, Rational Rose,EA - Enterprise Architect

BA/BS degree
