JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide analytical support, continuous improvement for Customer Operations and Logistics for business initiatives.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the client's business processes, business systems, marketing programs and business strategies to ensure customers, field sales, Channel business, Regional business and Operations success.
- Close collaboration with all parts of the business including IT, Marketing, third parties and Product Management to ensure timely and accurate data for our customers and business users.
- Interfaces with cross-functional groups: AR, Credit, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, ES visit our website to learn both about our company and about our Recruitment Process Outsourcing services.
