Business Process Analyst

Multinational leader in their field is seeking a highly process-driven Business Process Analyst to join them on a short-term basis for a contract position with an immediate start. This role is based in Melbourne, on the eastern city fringe (St Kilda Road).

This role will see you review, amend and write a large number of existing templates and artefacts that have been collated, some of which require refreshing, and some of which need to be completed. The templates you will work on include Business Case, Project Management Plan, Business Requirements Specification, etc.

Your experience in writing and reviewing project templates and documentation will be extensive and at an impeccable level of quality, and your well-honed MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) will see do so in an efficient and effective manner.

Ideally you will have working knowledge of both Prince2 and PMBOK project methodology, with the latter being the preference given the nature of the role. Certifications would be highly regarded, although not essential.

An incumbent from structured and process driven project environments will thrive in this role.

This is initially a one month contract opportunity with the opportunity to extend, dependent on an internal restructure as well as performance within the initial contract period. The role is set to commence immediately, ideally Monday 27th May, at latest Monday 3rd June.
