Business / Process Analyst

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for an initial 2 month contract - extension are highly likely.

*Must have previous Telecommunications experience*

This will involve working on the very early stages of an exciting body of work that will lead to large projects across the business.
Main responsibility will be facilitating requirements workshops, documenting BRS & authoring the Process Documents.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on medium to large scale programs
- A proven track-record in taking ownership of the requirements stream of projects, driving requirements capture and management, and managing stakeholders and resolving conflict with minimal escalation
- Significant experience in planning and running requirements gathering workshops
- Significant experience in authoring Business Requirement Specifications, including both functional and non-functional requirements
- Significant experience in planning and running process workshops
- Significant experience in authoring Process Level 1 and 2 Specifications

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Experience in issue and risk management, and risk mitigation.
- Telco industry experience in fixed, mobile and/or converged products
- Applied experience of UML techniques (including Use Case modelling)
- Experience in applying user centred design testing techniques such as concept testing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, wireframes and screen maps
