BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

My large blue chip client requires an experienced Business Process Analyst with a minimum 5+ years experience in designing, mapping and re-engineering business processes. This is an immediate start and based in Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing processes for sales, marketing, advertising and/or digital content management.

Key deliverables:

- Developing 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' documentation.
- Mapping, interpreting and re-engineering current and future state business processes
- Developing key external and internal stakeholders relationships
- Working alongside SME's and business users, examining existing organization structures, business functions, core business processes, policies, business rules and controls, performance requirements and information flows
- Creating business process development schedules to incorporate in various project level Business Change schedules

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - - 5+ years Business Process Analyst experience
- Business Process Analysis within Sales/Marketing, Advertising or Digital Content Management environments
- Methodology experience inc BPMN
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Industry experience in either financial, media, telecoms, advertising and/or consulting
- Outstanding MS Office skills, especially Visio, Project, Powerpoint and Excel
