Business PMO - Payment Services/Regulatory (4549)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS PMO - PAYMENT SERVICES/REGULATORY (4549).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLEX REGULATORY PROJECTS AS PMO/PROJECT MANAGER IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF A BANK'S PAYMENTS PROCESSES
- Hands-on mentality, pro-activity, flexibility (some travel might be involved)
- Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- Able to conduct workshops and keep people engaged
-Able to communicate and present results to Senior Management in English (oral/written) - German is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

- Support EU locations in filling in gap analysis template for Payments Service Directive work packages
- Coordinate open issues and questions regarding local gap analysis in all EU locations
- Manage Payments Service Directive shared mailbox and triage open questions from the locations to the corresponding SME
- Developing of overall implementation plans, reviewing deliverables and progress tracking against defined milestones - Identification and tracking of project risks, issues and action logs
- Ensuring correct and consistent program reporting before submitting to program steering bodies
