Business Planning Manager - Financial Services

Business Planning Manager required by my client, a revolutionary new Bank based in Cheshire.
This role will be fully responsible for managing and building the capability of the Bank's Business Planning vision.

The Business Planning Manager will develop and implement Business Planning processes, systems and the delivery of training across the business. The role will also be heavily involved in working with key stakeholders across the Bank's Operational business to control key data inputs, which will include Skillsets, Shift Patterns, Operational Process Hierarchies etc.

To be considered for the position, applicants much have the following experience:
Excellent experience as a Business Planning Manager at a senior level
Proven exposure leading organisations through Operational Development
Skills in implementing scalable analytics to drive step changes in Operational Performance
Knowledge in LEAN advantageous
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and career motivated Business Planning Manager to join a fast growing and successful new Bank in a senior and influential position. The position will take full ownership of the end: end Operational Planning for the Bank whilst driving robust planning Governance and training the team to the appropriate level of expertise.

It must be stressed that only proven Business Planning Managers with exposure working at a senior level across large, production focused organisations will be considered for this position.
