Business Planning Analyst for Biopharmaceutical wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- In-depth knowledge of Budget and Latest Estimate process in conjunction with excellent analytical skills
- Strong computer skills in SAP BW and Office as well as competency to interact in a complex business environment
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Driving and managing the budget and coordinating the business processes
- Monitoring reviews and controlling the actual expenses and headcount versus the Budget and Latest Estimate and the overall target figure
- Communicating risks and opportunities to Head Finance and LF head
- Generating monthly costs and headcount reports for the executive summary including ad-hoc analysis
- Managing on-going controlling tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting guidelines
