This is an excellent opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) to gain high level exposure across the business. This role will business performance and provide an essential link between finance, quality assurance, business improvement and the business areas. Able to produce high-quality performance reporting and commentary across all products and services, you will play an essential part in helping the business to understand its results and driving remedial action to optimise the quality of delivery and sales performance. This role will also play an integral part in decision-making and strategic processes in order to drive growth and improve performance and profitability. You will need good management accounting experience - reviewing actual performance, variance analysis, experience developing budgets and forecasts plus advanced Excel skills. You will also ideally have some housing domain experience.
