My client is working with a major international corporation going through a Global Oracle Implementation.
I am looking for a talented Business Partner/Oracle Change Manager who can come in and Engage with the stakeholders within the business and develop a plan for the successful change management and communication of IT and the Business.
The successful Business Partner/Oracle Change Manager MUST:
Have previously completed a similar role for a major Global IT Implementation
Used to complicated political large organisations
Extensive Change management experience
Solid communications experience
Ability to engage and with senior stakeholders and finding out whats important to the business.
