Experis IT Switzerland is URGENTLY on the search for Business Organisation Expert.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Plan, execute and control smaller organization projects
- Analyse and document business requirements
- Collecting, analysing, evaluating and visualizing business processes, structures and resource investments
- Designing, integrating and maintaining needed systems, methods and tools
- Development of solutions for a sustainable optimization of operational tasks and accompanying the implementation of solutions
- Prepare statements ration, visualization and presentation of proposed solutions for the decision-making bodies
- Defining the operational test procedures and test cases; Plan and monitor user tests
- Plan and conduct events and other appropriate measures to promote organizational change
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 8 years of proven previous experience in change transformation management
- Previous quality risk management experience
- Ability to make a restatement for organizational changes on the financial side.
- Fluency in both German & English languages
Location: Zurich
Duration: May until end of October 2018 with the possibility of extension
