For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT (4457)
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE BANKING LANDSCAPE WITH GOOD CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT DOMAIN-RELATED KNOWLEDGE AND DEEP CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ACROSS PM, PMO, BA
- TRACK RECORD IN FINANCIAL SERVICES (8-10 YEARS)
- Being capable of acting as a conflict manager
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
-FLUENT IN ENGLISH, German is a big plus
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders
- Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders and programs to define business solutions that deliver requirements
- Working effectively in and leading working groups with diverse Business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met
- Setting up, designing, mobilizing & managing specific Requests or Sub-Streams, including planning and plan management, resourcing, status reporting cost management, RAID management
- Identify and manage key dependencies within the Programms
- Working with business architects and IT to simplify our infrastructure, remove unnecessary complexity and reduce costs
- Preparation of materials for working groups, steering committees and other ad hoc presentations
