Our client is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager (Ad Ops) to join their team based in South Colonnade for an initial 6 month contract.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run Global Pipeline's on a weekly basis or when requested

Produce Ad Hoc reports for the Sales team

Manage Global reporting when Business Operations Director is out of the office

SALESFORCE AND OPERATIVE DASHBOARD:

Maintain accuracy of data contained within both systems.

Log Operative Dashboard and Salesforce tickets on behalf of Ad Operations/Sales should there be any issues.

Add new products into Salesforce as needed.

Add new products/placements into Operative Dashboard as needed.

Set up new Agencies and Advertisers in Sales Force and Operative

BILLING AND REVENUE RECOGNITION:

Co-ordinate RAM Billing with the RAM Sales Planners and Ad Op's team

Enter RAM billing into Trust and Co ordinate with COMC

Co-ordinate with the EMEA Ad Op's team and submit EMEA Billing to COMC in Bangalore

Work with the EMEA Credit Control Department to clear up any invoicing issues or billing and account queries

Manage and Process all Business Development revenue received from the Cash Applications team and Business Development Manager. Also ensuring all billed revenue is entered into Sales Force

Assist Business Operations Director with the UK Accrual

Process and manage Credit requests from clients

Work with Credit Control to get all new Clients booked from EMEA credit checked and the appropriate Billing account set up.

Reconcile Monthly billing output report from Revenue Assurance to ensure that submitted billed revenue has been processed

Maintain the YTD billing sheet with current billed revenue and credit requests

REQUIRED SKILLS:

A. Extremely detail oriented

B. Strong Admin Skills

C. Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advanced level

D. Experience with any of the following: DFP Premium (Ad Serving tool); Operative One (Order management tool); Sales Force/Trust (CRM tool)

E. Revenue and Billing experience

F. Preferably with large/global industries
