Business Operations Intern

Job Introduction

Student internships provide opportunities for students to gain experience in their field, determine if they have an interest in a particular career and establish contacts, it allows employers the opportunity to identify talent for their business and could lead to permanent employment in the future.

We will provide local accommodation for the duration of the Internship and will cover commuting expenses.Role Responsibility

As an intern, you will join IFDS in Basildon, Essex, only 30 minutes from the City of London where most of our clients reside. You will spend a total of 6-8 weeks of your summer break working on both individual and group projects based in our UK Head Office in Basildon, Essex. You will also have the opportunity to work in one of our overseas offices for approximately 2 weeks.

A minimum predicted 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in an Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Management formulated disciplines

A high level of computer literacy and knowledge

Be able to communicate ideas effectively within a team and to senior management

Desire to prove that you have leadership capabilities

Reference salary based on experience and in line with the ACE salary progression scheme

20 Days holiday (increasing by 1 day for every years service up to a maximum of 25 days)
