Business Operations Analyst- Freelance (m/w)

SOLA Consulting GmbH is a recruitment and consultancy company with offices in London, Munich and Dubai. We are the number one supplier of contractors and permanent staff to a number of large IT Storage companies across Europe.

For our customer in the Munich area (large data centre) I am looking for a Business Operations Analyst to work in the incident management and recovery team.

This is an operations oriented role. This means that the successful candidate needs to have an ITIL certification, a background in service operations and expertise in OPS/Frontline projects. They must also be capable of handling requirements for new tools and helping the operations and development teams to design and define the tools in the best interest of the OPS team. These tasks all need to be carried out in a data center infrastructure environment. An ability to design processes and communicate between OPS and the development team is also essential.
