BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST & ADMINISTRATOR:
ACCOUNTING/MS EXCEL/IT INFRASTRUCTURE/PHARMA/GERMAN/FRENCH.
ROLE PURPOSE:
Our client is looking for Business Operations Analyst/Administrator who will be responsible to support the manager with the day-to-day activities to make him more available for other things and therefore responsible to support with resource requests.
Tasks and Responsibilties:
-Responsible for budget administration, tracking, invoice and actual tracking.
-Responsible for the support of sourcing requests.
-Have to take care of resource utilization monitoring, cost optimization and ticket management.
-Responsible for back charging support and documentation of processes.
Reporting on operational metrics
Must Have Requirements:
-Must have at least 3 years of experience as a business operations analyst or an administrator.
-Must have good experience working with Accounting.
-Should be an expert working with Excel.
-Must have good knowledge/experience working with IT infrastructure
-Must pocess excellent communication skills, must be able to activate others to get things done.
-Should have good experience in documenting and having good writing skills in English
Nice to Have:
-Good experience in programming skills (general Scripting experience).
-Good experience/knowledge working with Amazon Web Service.
-Good experience working with Jira/Confluence.
-Good experience in Pharma/Diagnostics Environment.
EDUCATION:
-Education in commerce/business administration or business information systems:
Languages:
-Fluent in English (Writtern & Oral).
-German (Nice to Have)
-French (Nice to Have)
