An opportunity has arisen for a BUSINESS OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR Reporting to the Business Operations & Support Manager within the CPS People & Assurance team, the role of the Business Operations Administrator will work across CPS.

This role primarily focuses on the following:

- Supporting across the business on a variety of administrative activities and being the first line support to all employees.
- Effectively support Client Services with the smooth running of the end to end bid process including assurance.
- Supporting the business with the provision and administration of the CPS knowledge management site critical to increase teams efficiency in delivery and ensuring ease of accessibility.
- Effectively fulfilling employee HR admin processes and procedures ensuring compliance with Capita Group HR policy and procedures.
- Supporting wider P&A activities such as Delivery Assurance.

As a member of a small People & Assurance team within a growing business, it is imperative that this role remains flexible and varied to support the demands of the business.

- General Administrative duties to include business & office support for London & Southern offices and being the first line support for all CPS employees.
- Planning and administration support for events, training, senior management meetings and other business wide activities.
- Proactively manage bid pipeline ensuring compliance to the Bid Assurance framework, bidding activities are planned and completed to deadlines.
- Sales pipeline and bid process administration using Salesforce.
- Support Business Operations & Support Manager and Client Services team with wider Bid Operations activities.
- Support the development of the CPS Knowledge Management Site(s) and manage the site(s) administration.
- Provide support to Resourcing & Recruitment Manager for people administration activities, including ensuring HR files are kept up to date and processes fulfilled.
- Manage the Safety, Health and Environment responsibilities to ensure CPS maintain compliance.
- Manage compliance to Capita Mandatory Training.
