On behalf of our international client in the finance sector, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT professional with solid experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on OTC for a contract position in the heart of Zurich.
Start date: as soon as possible
It's a 6 month contract.
BUSINESS OBJECTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
In this interesting role you will be involved in the support as well as deployment and operations services for a challenging large scale multi-application Business Objects deployment. Your tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users;
- Work on issues with end users, report developers, solution designers and other functions;
- Consult project teams in building an Application on the Business Objects platform;
- Enforce platform standards and guidelines;
- Possibility to grow into the upcoming secondary platform based on Microsoft BI.
In order to be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills:
- EXPERIENCE IN SUPPORTING LARGE SCALE DWH/BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENTS;
- Windows Server 2003/2008;
- SAP BUSINESS OBJEXTS XI 3.1 (ENTERPRISE PLATFORM, CLIENT TOOLS) IS A MUST HAVE;
- Microsoft BI (SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS) is nice to have;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication skills;
- Stakeholder management;
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage.
