Business Objects Support Specialist

For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Business Objects Support Specialist for a contract

Your responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level support as well as deployment and operations services for a challenging large scale multi-application Business Objects deployment. You will be in contact with end users, report developers, solution designers and other functions and work with them on issues or consult them on processes and design
- Support users both on first and second level
- Coordinate efforts in and support resolution of larger scale issues- Analyze and resolve outages
- Consult project teams in building an Application on the Business Objects platform
- Enforce platform standards/guidelines
- Possibility to grow into the upcoming secondary platform based on Microsoft BI

Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in SAP Business Objects Level 2 Platform support
- Experience in supporting large scale DWH/Business Intelligence enterprise environments is a must
- Strong experience in supporting/operating a larger scale Microsoft BI platform environment is a must
- Windows Server 2003/2008 is a must
- UNIX Solaris/Linux is nice to have
- Oracle 11g is nice to have
- SAP Business Objects XI 3.1 (Enterprise Platform, Client Tools) is a must
- Microsoft BI (SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS (2008 and up) is a must
- Strong oral and written German and English skills is a must
