- Analyzes specifications, designs logic, writes code, customizes products, tests, debugs and documents software applications.
- Coordinates with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other modules and applications.
- Consults with users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
- Enforces change management policies.
- Stays abreast and trained in advances in their specific fields.
- Developer/Analyst - works directly with technology managers, business users, and vendors/partners in developing and managing projects from inception to deployment, including support and maintenance.
- Provides expertise in software development, systems analysis and some project management.
- Understands and implements the business needs of the business and successfully design and develop software solutions to satisfy business requirements.
