A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior Business Objects reports Lead for a leading investment Bank based in the city ofLondonnearSt Paul's.

This Business Objects Reports Lead (XI3, XI4) will be working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers to align the Business Objects report development with the business strategy by managing the workflows of the on-shore and off-shore business objects development teams. They will be setting the teams work load, balancing BAU work and business critical project work. They will be the subject matter expert for Business Objects and be responsible for delivering best in class Business Objects training to the team.

As well as the managing of workflows this Business Objects reports Lead will be the technical champion within the team, they will be the final point of escalation for the business objects development team for all technical issues and will be expected to really define the business users requirements to provide sound/realistic technical solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Objects technical lead to join a growing Investment Bank, and will be perfectly suited to someone wanting to move into finance as no prior experience is required and give them to opportunity in the near future to become the Business Objects team manager which they will be fast tracked to become.
