A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading bank based in Halifax for a Business Objects Lead Developer / SAP Business Objects Subject Matter Expert.

This Business Objects developer/platform SME would be joining a highly technical team of Business Objects developers and would be expected to lead them from a technical perspective. They would be responsible for working closely with an off-shore team to manage work loads and work flows. This Business Objects team are currently embarking on a project to significantly increase the amount of users they have across the entire bank to over 100,000, therefore this Business Objects Lead Developer/SME would be responsible for the build out of this platform and be expected to highly hands-on in terms of Business Objects development and reports development.

This is a position which is highly visible within the business, as a Business Objects Lead you will be expected to deal with business stakeholders and be expected to lead the team from a technical perspective and be a Business Objects expert in regards to hands-on development.

To be consider for this role you will need:

- Business Objects experience BOXI3 or BOXI4
- Analysis OLAP
- Business Objects reporting (WEBI, Analysis for Office)
- Universe Design/Development

Any experience with the following is advantageous:

- SAP BW
- Business Explorer
- BW Data Modeling
