Business Objects/Framework Specialist - £300 - £500 per day

Business Objects/Framework Specialist is needed for a maximum of 3 months. The contract is 35 hrs a week, but there is a high probability that candidates will be working longer than 7 hours in a day.

The main duties for this role are:

* Undertake a range of Business Objects work.
* Delivery of a suite of reports that meet the standards set by Central Government for Statutory reporting purposes.
* Delivery of a suite of reports to meet Management Information needs.

Experience & Skills needed:

* Developing reports to meet Statutory needs
* Working knowledge of Adult Social Care to create a suite of reports using Business Objects (InfoView) to meet new requirements set by Central Government
* Operationalising change and implementing business processes to ensure the process meets the requirements of the whole chain of accountability. This includes configuration of the reports so that they are aligned with the process and developing the body of performance reports that lead to improvements, automation and quality.
* Writing and technical writing skills, especially in translating technical requirements into meaningful reports that managers and officers can use and are accountable for. (Many of the reports we have are too technical, leading to bad practice).
* Creating supporting documentation and actively transferring knowledge.
* Experience of implementing new reports from a business change perspective (opposed to technical) including understanding and supporting business processes following a clear, supported and well documented governance process.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent project management skills
* Experience of Core Logic products would be preferable
