Business Objects Developer - London - Banking - Up to £500/day!

I am currently recruiting for a Business Objects Developer for a key client within Stock lending and treasury in London at a rate of up to £500/day.

The successful Business Objects Developer will be offered initially a 6 month contract, with potential for renewal post this period. The successful candidate must have excellent Business Objects XI R2 & XI 3.1 development and administration experience as well as a Banking / Financial background!
Responsibilities of this role will be to 3rdLine Support of existing reporting estate and to provide technical expertise to convert business requirements into reporting solutions.

Essential experience:

* Business Objects XI R2 & XI 3.1 development and administration
* In-depth knowledge of SQL
* Development in Java (ideally within Business Objects SDK)
* Fluency in English
* Banking / Financial background

Ideal experience:

* Experience of Business Objects 4, Dashboarding, Data Explorer
* Data warehouse and entity relationship modelling
* Knowledge and experience of VB, VB.Net or VBA
