Business Objects Developer

We have a Business Object Developer for a 5 month contract role in Roswell, GA. This role is for a technical lead and expert BOBJ BI DEVELOPER delivering BOBJ BI Dashboards using SAP Dashboards on a BOBJ BI 4.0 platform. This is a complex delivery with high visibility. The developer must be comfortable in that situation, have clear communications and ability to work with multiple developers and people remotely. The dashboard is using direct connect methods to SAP BW queries. Experience with BOBJ BI DASHBOARDS WITH SAP BW is a must. Key skills: SAP Dasboards (Xcelsius) BOBJ BI 4.0 BOBJ BI integration to SAP BW Lead technical expert of BOBJ BI (Dashboards, Crystal, BW Integration) Communication skills a must (verbal and written) This is not a development/skill growth role. Expert knowledge of SAP DASHBOARDS IS A MUST.

The BI Developer's primary role is the development and delivery of activities related to the information access and delivery layer of the EDW architecture, including data marts, ROLAP/MOLAP/OLAP and User Interface (UI) portions of BI projects. This role is responsible for collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate information from the EDW to business users while in alignment with the business solution definition, systems architecture, and development standards for the organization. In addition to the project team, this role with also interact with business clients and BI Solution Delivery Architects (responsible for end-to-end delivery on EDW) to ensure understanding of the delivery access and presentation requirements. The BI Developer will contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards and best practices for all aspects of data aggregation and presentation. They are also responsible for educating colleagues, in addition to ensuring business user education is available and developed to meet business use requirements.
