We are looking for a BODS (Business Objects Data Services)Developer in OH, details:

POSITION: SENIOR DEVELOPER - BODS
LOCATION: CINCINNATI, OH
DURATION: 6 MONTHS+

START: 2 WEEKS

Overview:
Perform software development and design activities to support the client's Data base applications and ensuring the highest software standards.

Responsibilities:
7+ years of Full Development Life Cycle experience in DW projects using any SDLC methodologies
5+ years' experience in Data Integrator 3.1/4.x, Oracle 9i,1Og,11g, MS-SQL Server 2005/2008 DB
5+ years' experience in Extract Transform and Load, process/design, source-target mapping, reviewing, writing, tuning complex BODS ETL code
4+ years in complete development life cycle of enterprise data warehouse design and development
3+ years' experience in reviewing, writing and debugging, tuning complex PL/SQL & SQL code
3+ years' experience in physical characteristics such as table design, relationships, data partition, efficient indexes, storage allocation, capacity planning etc.,
Experience with Linux I UNIX platforms & good experiencing with Shell and windows Scripting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi- task oriented
Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects
Strong written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to building relationships with others in the IT department
Solid understanding of data warehouse applications, Data Modeling and ETL Architecture
Ability to prioritize work requirements
Ability to continuously seek out and discover root cause relationships and conclusions that are not always intuitively obvious or based solely on past experience

Preferred Skills:
Prior Insurance experience, especially workers compensation
Prior experience in state reporting
Experience in administering the Dl server in various environments.
