Business Objects Data Analyst, 6 months, Middlesex

We are looking for a Business Objects Data Analyst for an initial 6 months contract working in Middlesex.

Responsibilities will include:

Analyse, design, specify and write Business Objects reports for a variety of HR teams to meet their resourcing People Data needs.
Working within a small team, co-responsible for the specification, creation, and testing of a suite of new reports.
Support business change and project activities including: UAT design, planning and execution; data provision; troubleshooting; bubble support.
Work directly with the business to determine, document and finalise data and reporting requirements.
Undertake data analysis and all other analysis within the Upstream Recruitment Planning and Performance Management (PPM) team.
Proven track record of rigorous attention to detail. Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to produce coherent process documentation is essential.

Ideal candidate would have experience pulling data and reports from applicant tracking systems, preferably Kenexa Brass Ring (TAS), have Adobe Illustrator proficiency and an interest in infographics is a bonus.
