Business Object Specialist

In the context of the migration from BOXI 3 to BI4.2 the candidate must be able to provide reports and universe analyses used by our project team to define waves, communication and cost estimation. The candidate is also able to analyze the universes, reports from the business in order evaluate the complexity level and to propose improvements or better ways of doing or consultancy for rewriting.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor/Master in informatics - Engineer/Commercial engineer.

LANGUAGES:

- English: Fluent
- Dutch and/r French: Asset

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years of experience in BO and support function. Focus on thorough experience with BI4 and BOXI3.
- A professional experience of > 5 years.
- ALREADY PARTICIPATED IN A BOXI 3 TO BI4 MIGRATION.
- EXPERIENCE WITH DESKI TO WEBI BI4 MIGRATION.
- BI4 expert knowledge (data model, universe design, reports design, dashboard).
- BI4 SDK knowledge to automate some in-house development.
- Oracle DB, MSSQL, knowledge.
- Precision and clarity (orally and written) in order to explain to the business the report migration situation and to be able to write a clear documentation if needed.
- Communicative (with team members and with other colleagues, our clients & other partners). Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - get your message across with PPT, etc
- Experience with BI4 tool like dashboarding, office integration, lumira and external package like Real Time package.
- Experience with Spot Fire as dashboard tool or data analysis tool.
- EXPERIENCE WITH WORKING IN A BIG/COMPLEX ORGANIZATION
- Experience in the banking sector
