As the business manager within the headcount strategy planning division, you will be front facing to the business and working with every team to establish the short, medium and long term head count needs are, and then work with HR, Finance, legal etc, to bring everyone on board with the plan. You will then be using your stakeholder management skills- all the way up to MD, to bring everyone in on the same page and bring everyone into the plan. You will need to use your analysis and strategic skills to be a real business partner, and manage the plan through Your role will start with the headcount data, so decent data extraction/ data analysis skills are key, as well as the ability to dissect for the true meaning. This is a superb role with a lot of visibility and responsibility across the Bank.
