Our client, a large and well established, market leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major project, to enhance growth opportunities. They seek a Business Manager who has experience in operational management, to come in and highlight area's of sales improvement, in line with a new strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking analysis of data, highlighting areas where improvement is needed
- Meeting business managers to understand issues faced
- Formulating plans for operational change
- Building models to identify opportunities for current needs, but also to be used after project completion
Skills Needed:
- Project experience
- Work in supporting a sales function
- Accomplished business acumen
- Business Analysis experience
- Modelling experience beneficial
- Ideally, financial service experience
