Business Manager/Chief OF Staff - Investment Bank - Contract

BUSINESS MANAGER/CHIEF OF STAFF - INVESTMENT BANK - CONTRACT - LDN BASED

I'm looking to speak to strong a Business Manager/Chief of Staff that has worked within the COO space of an Investment Bank or the wider FS space.

The preferred candidate will come from a solid I.B background with an earlier career within one of the Big 4 consulting firms.

Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate the following from their CV;

- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Managing global resource plans, high level portfolio financials (budgets in excess of $30mn)

- BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Working with COO to develop, implement and standardise operational processes and procedures across entire portfolio.

Able to produce high level M.I to feed into Executive Committees

Provide guidance to Central PMO teams

- PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Work with Programme/Project Managers to create appropriate programme and project structures

Use past PM experience to conduct project reviews, highlight potential gaps and feedback to PMs and management as required

Track and monitor project progress for all projects within the area as required

INVESTMENT BANKING/CONSULTING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED
