We are currently searching for an experienced Business Manager to lead a programme of work for one of our investment banking clients.
They are engaging in a large scale regulatory change initiative and as the successful applicant your job will be to lead the business unit in coordinating various projects, overseeing budgets and headcount, define the strategy (from a technology and product perspective) and oversee the implementation of selected solutions.
To be considered for this job you should have a strong background as a Business Manager within financial service sector, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team and work independently, have good knowledge of business management methodologies. The business stakeholders that you will be interfacing with speak a mixture of German and English; so fluency in both languages is required.
Ideally you will have a technical background as our client is undergoing a change to their testing methodologies and will be automated going forward.
