An exciting opportunity is on offer to join our client, a well respected group who is looking to recruit an experienced BUSINESS MANAGER for its centre in Birmingham.

As the dealerships New Car Business Manager, you will be responsible for incremental F+I income along with the sales of Gap, Warranty and other value added products in line with the company KPI's. You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral and to assist with planning, forecasting and coaching. You will also measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.

You will be a proven performer who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, having the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines.
