We are looking for a Business Manager/F&I Specialist to join our successful dual franchise (Peugeot and Kia) dealership to work with two motivated and professional car sales teams.

The role

As an experience Business Manager/F&I Specialist, the role will involve working to FCA regulations, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products. You will work closely with the Sales Managers from both franchises to develop and maintain this important aspect of the business.

You will work to meet targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and it will be your task to motivate and drive sales and finance penetration for the dealership.

Candidates must have previous F&I experience, ideally gained within a franchised car dealership.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills as an important aspect of the role will be to ensure that the sales team are motivated, informed and refer customers correctly to maximise sales of vehicles and F&I products.

£16,000 basic, OTE £45,000-£50,000 + car
