We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who will be an integral member of a growing, dynamic team that is responsible for world-class Dynamics Services across the entire breadth of our client's extensive organization.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Manager will run the Dynamics rhythm of business, drive financial accountability and coordinate strategic activities across the organization. The Business Manager will act as trusted advisor to the General Manager and Leadership team on the development and execution of key initiatives such as services costing, strategy, and org structure design.

OVERVIEW:

- Partner with IT Finance and Software Engineering delivery to ensure organizational and project financial targets are set and communicated, with tools and process in place to support the tracking and reporting of actuals versus budget.
- Lead rhythm of business cadence including weekly staff, monthly business reviews, and leadership team off-sites.
- Partner with Dynamics LT to drive the planning process resulting in clear and achievable book of work with corresponding resource plan.
- Publish monthly Dynamics scorecards including ownership of metrics gathering and variance explanations.
- Manage ad-hoc projects on behalf of GM and Dynamics leadership team.
- Promote and manage the MSIT Rewards and Recognition program within Dynamics leadership team.
- Build communications and presentations materials for General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 8-10 years related work experience, preferably with information technology background
- BA/BS or equivalent required, with information technology/accounting/finance focus preferred
- Must have finance/accounting background in addition to program management.
- MS Office suite and SharePoint experience
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics a plus
- Proven ability to communicate and work effectively at all levels across the organization
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capability
- Strong problem solving skills
- Very organized; ability to clearly prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
- Ability to manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently
- Must think strategically about business issues and organizational strategy
