Business Manager

- Project execution/management/support of key GFM initiatives. This may include new business initiatives from trading platforms for new projects through to front to back trade life cycle initiatives. These specific tasks will require business analysis to be performed and project mandates to be written and distributed for approval at the GFM MT.
- Managing/supporting regulatory initiatives such as MiFID II, EMIR and Dodd Frank projects (especially with regards to Front Office requirements/business opportunities, developing solutions and implementation of these solutions)
- Ongoing process improvementunderstanding the full trade life cycle and being mindful of industry developments and where they "fit" for GFM.
- The management and rollout of specific projects and initiatives as prescribed by management.
- Other duties as directed.

FUNCTIE-EISEN

Essential:

- In depth Financial Markets products knowledge
- In depth, worldwide regulatory knowledge (MIFID, FATCA, EMIR, DFA)
- See trough complex IT environment front to back
- Collaborate on complex projects on a senior level across the bank
- Understands complex process chains, front to back
- Advanced Excel and database management skills

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Rabobank's core products

Qualifications:

- Master degree with at least >10 years of experience
- Experience with project management, business management support
- Experience within the Rabobank organisation
- Experience in a complex environment (organizational as well as system technical)
