Projektbeschreibung

Key Business Objective: Manage strategic growth opportunities and overall business management tactics.

Demonstrated by effectively supporting the WW GM of Merchandising in launching new business initiatives, creating sustainable business practices, and effectively transitioning turn-key processes over to the appropriate run-the-business teams. This role will focus on WW team initiatives, WW team processes, WW team ROB, WW team effectiveness. Specific responsibilities include NSO readiness, Promotions Management and International Online expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage, improve, and maintain the Merch team ROB.
- Establish, manage and maintain Business Readiness projects.
- Establish and utilize best practices (statistical models and software tools) for core merchandising functions, such as promotions.
- Manage Merch team Opex budget process (creation, tracking, etc).
- Manage Merch team deliverables to appropriate peer groups and support teams (such as HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, RTG, COO Office, CVP office).
- Manage strategic projects to conclusion and ready new business opportunities to transition to run-the business teams.
- Develop and establish the International Online business requirements for WW Merchandising team.
- Continuously improve reporting techniques, method, and approach.
- Develop and track key performance KPI's, such as Buyer Reports, Status reports, Dashboard reports, etc., on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the Merch LT to identify and address gaps in process or business performance.
- Work closely with International Online Site Management team to ensure Merch deliverables are met.
- Work closely with International Online Capability Management team to ensure Merch deliverables are met
- Establish, maintain and manage Merch team priorities and system/process requirements.
- Manage a team of vendors to support individual tactics. Balance workloads, set priorities, stay within budgets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BS/BA in Business or related area
- 5+ years of business management or related experience
- 3+ years of project management or related experience
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Track record of achieving results through v-teams.
- Good communication and team building skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Effective in a fast paced, changing environment
