Business Management Support/PMO

Business Management Support/PMO for an investment bank in Zurich. The role is a mix of data analysis and assisting in the CIO aligned Services and Regional Management Switzerlandlogical and thorough approach with complete execution of objectives throughout the project life cycle
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities, challenge and identify opportunities for improvement
-Ad hoc issue management and resolution

For this position you should fulfil following requirements:
- 3-6 years' working experience in a Business Management/Project Management environment
- Self-driven, resourceful
- Efficient and well organized
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Self-confident and ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong conceptual skills (designing solutions)
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in English written and verbal, German is highly desirable)
- Proven team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Adaptable with multi-faceted skill-set, capable of working on a wide range of topics with internal partners across different functions and geographies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
