We are looking for a strong business support person or Programme Manager for our Business Management Support within our Group Technologies area. Generally the area supports the CIO and the IT Account Managers as part of the CIO Organization, and is the main contact towards one or multiple Business Functions, representing the respective IT organization front to back.

As well as providing cover and support, there are also regional topics such as, Business Continuity Management, overall regional stability reporting and administrational coordination.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
* Lead and coordinate the creation of Business and Senior IT Stakeholder reporting packs which include: Portfolio Health Checks, Financial Allocation overview, Application Stability, Risk Status and on demand special topics.
* Independently lead communication concepts/drafts towards the various stakeholders and maintain other communications activities such as blogging, ghost-writing, drafting articles, minutes taking and agenda preparation.
* Lead administrational activities autonomously (SharePoint maintenance, Connections Maintenance, Distribution List tracking etc.)
* Take ownership for tasks and projects; logical and thorough approach with complete execution of objectives throughout the project life cycle
*Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities, challenge and identify opportunities for improvement
*Ad hoc issue management and resolution

For this position you should fulfil following requirements:
* 3-6 years' working experience in a Business Management/Project Management environment
* Self-driven, resourceful
* Efficient and well organized
* Positive attitude and team spirit
* Self-confident and ability to work under pressure
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong conceptual skills (designing solutions)
* Proven team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Adaptable with multi-faceted skill set, capable of working on a wide range of topics with internal partners across different functions and geographies.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
