Business Management Support for COO

For our client we are currently looking for a BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR COO for a temporary project assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.
START: ASAP
DURATION: 6MM++
We are supporting the CIO and the IT Account Managers as part of the CIO Organization, which is the main contact towards one or multiple Business Functions, representing the respective IT organization front to back. Further to cover and support regional topics such as, Business Continuity Management, overall regional stability reporting and administrational coordination.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and coordinate the creation of Business and Senior IT Stakeholder reporting
packs which include: Portfolio Health Checks, Financial Allocation overview, Application Stability, Risk Status and on demand special topics
- Independently lead communication concepts/drafts towards the various stakeholders
and maintain other communications activities such as blogging, ghost-writing, drafting articles, minutes taking and agenda preparation
- Lead administrational activities autonomously (SharePoint maintenance, Connections
Maintenance, Distribution List tracking etc.)
- Take ownership for tasks and projects; logical and thorough approach with complete
execution of objectives throughout the project life cycle - Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities, challenge and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ad hoc issue management and resolution
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3-6 years' working experience in a Business Management/Project Management
environment - Self-driven, resourceful
- Efficient and well organized
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Self-confident and ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong conceptual skills (designing solutions)
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in German and English written and verbal)
- Proven team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Adaptable with multi-faceted skill set, capable of working on a wide range of topics
with internal partners across different functions and geographies - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
