For our banking client we are currently looking for a

Business Management Support

Start date: 02.05.17
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Zurich

Your tasks:

Provide business-related services and support the Head of Operations to achieve best in class delivery of operations services and financial performance:
- Support the team on day-to-day matters and key projects and initiatives
- Support the hiring process for the region and where necessary improve
- Organize and coordinate various meetings and workshops for the service delivery CH/EMEA

The ideal candidate shall bring:
- a university degree
- experience in a role like this
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proven track record in working independent and under pressure
- an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels on very different topics
- an all-rounder, a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in business management/management support
- incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
- fluent in English & German
