JOB TITLE: BUSINESS LIAISON MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: BARCELONA & BRUSSELS
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
They should act as a team and be ready to assist and support each other as well as be backup resources for each other.
LOCAL LANGUAGE ALONG WITH ENGLISH (MUST)
THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Will be the local technical point of contact for customers and partners and local vendors in the areas of Retail and Data Exchange.
WILL BE PROVIDING L3 SUPPORT & BUSINESS LIAISON FOR RETAIL SERVICES IN LOCAL LANGUAGES WHERE EVER POSSIBLE.
THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Communicate/act as liaison between different business units and multiple external partners, master franchisees and wholesale EDI key accounts.
Gather requirements on IT issues/changes triggered by the EDI key accounts
IT knowledge (including EDI) with good understanding of business functions (retail, buyers, wholesale, distribution and finance)
Coordinate the local vendors for new initiatives, new requests and support activities.
Local project management
SUPPORT INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordinate and be point of escalation for all Retail store technology support during all store hours.
Support store opening, closing, stock takes and retrofits
Support the integration between Client's internal applications and external vendors.
After-hours support and follow up is required for P1/P2 incidents.
Liaison for L1/L2 support to local stores
