BUSINESS LEAD (CREDIT AREA, CONTRACT, SWITZERLAND)

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are currently looking for a Business Lead with experience in the Credit area for a long-term contract within Private Banking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching and leading the team with Business Consultants, SMEs and other Team Leads
- Providing on-time delivery of the project implementation
- Setting clear tasks and objectives for the team
- Preparing status reports on project deliverables, budget and resources
- Defining and verifying use cases and cross disciplines concepts
- Defining GAPs and preparing GAP analysis reports
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Higher education in Business or IT field
- 10+ years of experience in a leading function in financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of the following areas and products: Collateral Management, Credit, Loans, Mortgages, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk
- Previous working experience in Private Banking
- Experience with T24 will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent management, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, German will be considered as an advantage
