Business Law Expert/Legal Manager – Geneva

Today the Business Law Department of the firm is looking for a LEGAL MANAGER in order to support the clients need and to face the department growth. THE JOB You will be directly working with the Partner and you will be working closely with clients. Your main responsibilities will be: -Support the national and international clients on business law matters, for example: M&A, International Structuring, Commercial and Contract law, Company and Employment law, etc. -Ongoing interactions and support to the other disciplines of the firm (internally and externally), for Audit, Tax, Legal, Advisory departments -Providing an expert vision on a broad range of projects and delivering ad hoc and clear legal advice to internal and external clients -Ad hoc support within the team YOUR PROFILE -You have a Swiss Degree in Law and a Swiss Bar Admission -You have min. 7 years professional experience in business law + a solid experience in M&A and Company law -You can work with external and internal clients (ad hoc support to Tax, Audit etc. departments) -You have a good business sense, you are client and service oriented -You have good communication and presentation skills, you are international minded and you have solid analytical skills -You speak French (native or similar), fluently English and ideally German THE OFFER This company proposes an attractive and fast pace environment, where ambition, opportunities, expertise and business sense are key.
