We are looking for an Analyst with Business Systems Interfacing project experience that will oversee the design, development, testing and deployment of a new time and attendance system being implemented. You will evaluate the existing interface, understand and develop the BRD for the new interface, and communicate those needs to the 3rd party vendor implementing the system. HRIS background is highly encouraged to apply.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 YEARS AS A BUSINESS ANALYST WORKING WITH INFORMATION SYSTEMS INTERFACES
- SQL experience
- Business Requirements Document experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- HR, Payroll or Time and Attendance system experience
- Kronos experience
- Project/Change management
- Data management/information architecture knowledge
