Business Intelligence Reports Writer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE REPORT WRITER to join one of our leading clients in East Hanover, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions and reports.
- Using Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools daily such as SAP Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, and SAP.
- Using Data Integration/ETL tools such as DataStage, SAP, and Informatica.
- Developing BI reports in Oracle and SQL Server environments.
- Using BI agile development methodologies is a plus.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Five (5+) years of experience with data reporting and leading analytics.
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration skills; great attention to detail.
- Experience with leading Business Intelligence platforms (Microstrategy, Cognos).
- Experience developing collaborative relationships and partnerships with the business and technology departments that drive business results, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical people.
- Strong skills in organizing, expressing, and explaining technical concepts orally and in writing.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment and at times, in high-pressure situations.
- A contributor; a creative and pro-active individual.
