Business Intelligence & Reporting Senior Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available for multiple SAP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & REPORTING SENIOR ANALYSTS to undertake critical projects within areas of HR/Payroll, Finance/Procurement and Asset Management.

Your duties:

- Become the ERP Program advisor for the relevant reporting and analytics area (HR/Payroll, Finance/Procurement, Asset Management) with a sound understanding of the ERP Program plan, scope, objectives and approach
- Define key business decisions relating to reporting and analytics across relevant areas of business scope, and work with business stakeholders to facilitate the acceptance of those decisions
- Lead the SMEs in the assessment of reporting functionality, including gap analysis and impact assessment
- Contribute to the implementation of the SAP BI & Reporting Strategy, data extraction model and transition approach
- Assist with the implementation of an ETL Strategy and process to manage the conversion and transfer of data from existing ERP and associated applications to future state SAP and Business Intelligence environments
- Work with the project integration specialists to ensure the design and implementation of the e2e reporting and analytics solution complies with the established strategies, processes and governance

Your background:

- Minimum 6+ years experience in SAP BW implementation roles, with deep data warehouse design, build and test experience
- Previous experience working on 2 large scale SAP ERP implementations
- SAP BW experience regarding best practise in deploying and enhancing standard content
- SAP BW experience regarding best practise in designing, building, testing, and deploying custom content
- SAP BPC, SEM-BPS or Integrated Planning experience regarding best practise in designing, building, testing and deploying planning functionality
- Experience in a SAP BW senior analyst/developer capacity on a significant SAP implementation project
- Skills in Datamodelling, reporting and analytics requirements identification, documentation and review
- High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
