I am currently recruiting for Business Intelligence Programme Manager for a large Financial Services company based in Copenhagen.
As the experienced Senior BI Programme Manager you will be responsible for delivering the projects from inception to closure.
Main Duties:
*Liaising with senior stakeholders.
*Overseeing a team of project managers and development team.
*Responsible for the Operations function to ensure delivery of new processes and solutions.
*Data quality functions to ensure consistent data definitions, security model and managing data quality within the firm.
*Report on project costs and forecasts.
*Accountable for risk management across the projects.
*Lead self and colleagues through change as an active leader within the evolving team.
Requirements:
*Strong Stakeholder management skills.
*Experience working for a larger Financial Services company (Investment Banking Preferred but not essential).
*Excellent motivational and communication skills.
*Proven track record of performance management and development.
*Fluent in Norwegian (both written & verbal).
*Strong working knowledge of a BI service.
*A good level of report development experience in relevant technologies.
*A strong understanding of project methodologies and the fit with the BI service.
*Knowledge of project budgeting and risk management.
