Business Intelligence Manager

For one of our clients in Amersfoort, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Manager.

This is for the duration of at least 6 motnhs plus extensions.

Your accountabilities and responsibilities are within a highly dynamic and complex environment:

Competitive intelligence - map strategy, movements, insights;

Market intelligence - trends and developments, customer insights, growth opportunities;

Market reporting - insights to be shared with market;

Value chain analysis

Business case building (support M

Special assignments (ie venturing, strategic dilemma's);

Best in class tools;

Knowledge, insights, sparring and strategic/tactical thinking;

Analyze, identify and challenge;

Partnering in business development and growth opportunities;

Understand complex business problems and design solutions.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this position, we expect the candidate to have the following qualifications:

MSc/MA/MBA Degree;

4 - 7 years work experience, preferably within a strategy consultancy firm;

Good business acumen preferably backed by experience in a FMCG or BtB company;

Proven track record of ability to lead/inspire people in previous work experience;

Get things done. Pragmatic, but impactful project management skills backed up by examples of projects led;

Action oriented, feels accountable whilst ensuring alignment;

Substantial experience of data analysis, having a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies;

A good understanding of organizational dynamics and business process and policies;

Experience of advising senior managers on strategic issue;

Able to anticipate the challenges and opportunities which arise from professional, legal, technological and marketplace changes and translate these into coherent strategy;

Result orientated, strong drive, meeting targets;

Analytical skills, sees the essentials, systematic approach;

Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English). DUTCH MANDATORY
