Business Intelligence Engineering Analyst (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Engineering BI translates the BI needs of the business (Retail, Functions, etc) in specifications for our IT department, for both small demands or as part of larger
projects (contributions or on BI). To that end, we are responsible for impact analyses (of future evolutions or regulations), definition of requirements, stakeholder management etc.

Function Description
You will collaborate in the definition and set-up of the engineering activities for the above mentioned assets, and then take up a part of the running activities once the
team is in place.
Running activities will consist of (non-exhaustive) :
? Stakeholder management, with suppliers (IT) and clients
? Definition of business specifications for BI needs, on us or as part of other projects
? Participation in (or management of) BI projects, or on the BI track of other projects for the engineering activities (requirement definition, impact
analysis, process definition), while representing the BI vision (and BI target architecture) that has been defined (by BIMI and IT)
? Collaboration with data delivery experts (other team within BIMI) to deliver on projects (cf.supra)
? Support the asset management activities (budget follow-up, set-up communities, etc)

Medium or senior experience in both engineering activities and BI

Technical Experience
Mandatory
BI techniques and tools (BO, SAS, Cognos,…) and concepts (ETL, DWHSE, data & process mining, reporting, …)

Preferable
Certification or affinity with one or more of the following: Prince, PMI, BPMN, UML

Business
Mandatory
Professional experience as Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager.
